Do I have to do anything weird or spiritual?

My work is not based on any spiritual or religious belief. Some of my processes may feel new and odd if you haven't done anything like this before, but they are all easy to understand and simple to access. Alot of the movement work will be new to most people.

Can you offer help not specified on the site?

If you have anything that you are specifically wanting support with, let me know. I don't offer 1:1 work but I might be able to create something that will help!
